Breath & Meditation Workshop

Our half day workshop explores the concept of breathing techniques and meditation, bringing a positive practice into your everyday living, helping to reduce stress and anxiety within yourself and situations.  

Meditation is a beautiful, calming and effective way of enhancing balance and focus for your overall wellbeing . With practice, meditation can bring a process of re-training the mind and encourage a focus of awareness to the present moment. The practice of meditation has been used for many years and has shown many benefits from it's practice, some of these include:

Together, we can achieve a positive mental state of mind when we become aware of present feelings and their emotional attachments, open minded and accepting.
