 This half day workshop explores the concept of breathing techniques and meditation, bringing a positive practice into your everyday living, helping to reduce stress and anxiety within yourself and situations.  

Meditation is a beautiful, calming & effective way of enhancing balance and focus for your overall wellbeing . With practice meditation brings a process of re-training the mind and bringing a focus of awareness to any present given moment. The practice of meditation has been used for many years and has shown there are many benefits from it's practice, these include:

Designed to meet specific needs for the individual, giving the opportunity to focus on a specific areas of meditation whether mindfully or spiritually.  This service can be tailored following a free 15 minute discovery phone call.
