Breath & Meditation Workshop

Our half day workshop explores the concept of breathing techniques and meditation, bringing a positive practice into your everyday living, helping to reduce stress and anxiety within yourself and situations.  

Meditation is a beautiful, calming and effective way of enhancing balance and focus for your overall wellbeing . With practice, meditation can bring a process of re-training the mind and encourage a focus of awareness to the present moment. The practice of meditation has been used for many years and has shown many benefits from it's practice, some of these include:

With a mindful approach, this workshop brings awareness, practical advice and tips with a focus on our self-being. Learn to accept thoughts, feelings, emotions and sensations with a non-judgemental outlook and understanding, recognising where the present state of breath is coming from and using breathing techniques. Together, we can achieve a positive mental state of mind when we become aware of present feelings and their emotional attachments, open minded and accepting.
What to expect
Both theory and practical elements are carried out with a holistic approach to benefit the mind, body, soul, creating balance and understanding of breathing techniques and the concept of meditation with a practical session.  
One to One
Designed to meet specific needs for the individual, giving the opportunity to focus on a specific areas of meditation whether mindfully or spiritually. If meditation is something you are wanting to try but not sure what to do, this workshop covers basic knowledge and understanding to get you started. 
Practising meditation as a group, you are able to share your experiences and connect with likeminded people who share the same interest while supporting the mind, body and soul.

Group sessions are available at The School of Mindful Healing or Online via Video Link. 

A 50% charge will apply to any cancellation made within the 48hr policy. No cancellation fee will apply if bookings are transferred.

Our Online service allows for flexibility if you are unable to get to us. We will be on the other end of the screen providing and supporting you with your studies. Manuals and a video link will be sent via email prior to your start date.
