Our half day workshop explores the understanding of Chakras, their meaning, purpose, how they benefit our auric field to support overall wellbeing. As we delve deep in to each Chakra, you will gain the knowledge and understanding of why Chakras are vital to keep balanced and cleansed for our health and wellbeing. You will also gain awareness and understanding of how we can interpret chakras emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.
