This half day workshop explores the understanding of Chakras, their meaning and purpose, how they benefit the mind, body, soul and overall wellbeing. As we delve deep in to each Chakra, you will gain the knowledge and understanding of why Chakras are vital to keep balanced and cleansed for health and wellbeing. You will also gain awareness and understanding of how we can interpret chakras emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.
