This half day workshop explores the power of using intentions to set life goals using practical tools that resonate with you. Learn to use the skill of visualising, from setting an intention, to practicing a meditation. Use affirmations to support a positive mind set, encouraging self-confidence, self-worth and self-belief.

Both theory and practical elements are carried out to give an understanding of each subject and their uses in supporting the mental state of mind to bring a positive outcome.
