This half day workshop explores the power of using intentions to set life goals using practical tools that resonate with you. Learn to use the skill of visualising, from your intentions you set to a meditation. Use positive affirmations to support a positive mind set and encourage self-confidence, self-worth and self-esteem.

Both theory and practical elements are carried out to give an understanding of each subject to support your mental health and wellbeing.
One to One
Designed to meet specific needs for the individual, giving the opportunity to focus on a specific areas of each of the subjects convered. This service can be tailored following a free 15 minute discovery phone call.
