Reiki Level 1 Course
Our Reiki Level 1 course covers the basic introduction and understanding of Reiki. You will learn the graceful & compassionate healing treatment to use on yourself, family and friends.
Learn how to connect to Reiki energy, understanding how energy works within the auric or energy field and the introduction of Chakras. We look at the story and history behind Reiki and it's spiritual connection. You will also receive your First Degree Reiki Attunement.

This course is run over one day 9.30am - 4pm (approximately) including a lunch break. Morning is theory based and the afternoon focuses on the practical.
The course is available 1:1 In person, Online live via zoom or as a mobile service locally to Sidcup, Kent.
A Reiki course manual will be sent via email when booking the online course.
Certification
On completion you will receive an IPHM Accredited Reiki Level 1 Certificate and a First Degree Reiki Attunement Certificate. Your certificate is recognised and can be insured through IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
