This half day workshop explores spiritual awareness and it's meaning to you. Understanding the difference between religion and spiritual beliefs, looking in to practices in today's modern world. We look in to why we cross paths with people, repetitive patterns of behaviour and how energy from ourselves and others has an effect on what we reflect and receive. We explore the mind, how the subconscious and conscious mind works.
