This half day workshop explores spiritual awareness and it's meaning to you. Understanding the difference between religion and spiritual beliefs, looking in to practices in todays modern world. Learn how our minds work, how they cause an effect and how we can change the feelings and emotions we create. We look in to why we cross paths with people, repetative patterns of behaviour and energy around us and from within.
