Journaling Workshop
Are you looking to start journaling but not sure where to start? Our group Journaling workshop can help support and guide you in the right direction.
Journaling is a therapeutic way of expressing thoughts, inspirations, goals, feelings and emotions through writing or other creative methods. It is a beneficial tool to improve mood and memory, blocked visions, or releasing feelings and emotions with an understanding of positive steps to take to improve your life.
Exploring different journaling methods, you will be given prompts to help begin the journaling process focusing on understanding how to recognise a cause of effect and how to move forward. Journaling opens the mind allowing the release of thought or inspiration to flow.

The workshop is held in a safe space for women at The School of Mindful Healing Sidcup, Kent to attend In-person or available for all Online via MS Teams.
One to One
This is designed to work on a more personal basis and focus on a method of journaling that suits your needs. You will receive handbook and a journaling notebook.
