Our journaling workshop ​guides you through tips and tools to begin journaling. Through discussion we will look at journaling options that work for you which you can continue with at your own pace. 


Journaling is a therapeutic way of expressing thoughts, inspirations, goals, feelings and emotions through writing or other creative methods. 

The primary aim of journaling was and still is to supplement and support a medical professional treatment for emotional and physical problems. Journaling has now expanded on its uses, and has proven effective for so many different conditions, challenges and mental health issues.
