Therapy Journaling Programme

Our Therapy Journaling programme involves the therapeutic use of journaling exercises and prompts to bring about awareness and improve situations that result in inner and outer conflicts. Journaling is a tool used for expressive writing to improve mood and memory, blocked visions, or releasing feelings and emotions with an understanding of positive steps to take to improve your life.
The programme is once a week for four weeks. Following on from a consultation to discuss your reasons for journaling, we will work with the journaling method that is right for you. Each session is a safe space for you to express yourself through writing and you will be supported throughout to evaluate what you have written.
