  • To book an appointment simply message us directly by using Contact Form above.

  • Once a date has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice to make payment.

  • Bookings are on a first come first served basis. 

  • The School of Mindful Healing offers a safe space for women to attend in-person. All are welcome to join selected services where stated.



  • Programmes, Workshops, Courses and Treatments are available at The School of Mindful Healing in Sidcup, Kent

  • Where Online services are available, a manual and MS Teams video link will be sent to your email. Any certifications will be emailed after completion of any accredited workshop. Please be mindful of time difference if booking from another country. The workshop and manuals are in the English language.
  • The services provided by The School of Mindful Healing are based on a professional holistic nature, and for educational and learning purposes only, not as a medical professional service.
  • Our services are complementary to some medical professional services. We do not aim to work against any other service you are receiving, only to work in harmony to support your wellbeing.
  • Readings are for over 18 years+ only and are on a one to one basis. All readings are for entertainment purposes only and do not replace guidance, advice or information given by a medical professional service or any other professional service.
  • Mind in Bexley, Kent,  run a Crisis Cafe which is a safe and friendly space for anybody 18 and over who is experiencing severe emotional or psychological distress. Open from 6pm - 10pm 7 days a week.
  • A consultation form and disclaimer is completed and signed in person when you arrive at The School of Mindful Healing. If booking an online service, you will receive this via your email.
  • The School of Mindful Healing provides services based on mindfulness and spiritual practices. 
  • The School of  Mindful Healing can be contacted between 9am - 8pm Monday to Saturday. We are not always available to answer immediately, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • The School of Mindful Healing have the right to not proceed with a service if they feel they cannot meet your required needs.
  • The School of Mindful Healing has the right to refuse anyone where they feel threatened by, or if no communication has been made. 
  • You will receive an invoice once your booking has been confirmed. This is non-refundable but can be transferred to another day. A full refund will only be given if cancellation is made by The School of Mindful Healing.
  • Please make full payment where stated. 
  • Where deposits are required, these are non-refundable unless cancellation is made by The School of Mindful Healing.
  • Programme fees are the amount per session. 
  • A payment plan is available for some courses, please request this on booking. This is broken down into three instalments which includes the initial deposit and is to be paid one week prior to the course day. 
  • You will be updated with any price increase in advance. 


  • We ask that cancellations are made 48hrs prior to your booked appointment with respect to someone else requiring a service or materials being purchased.

  • Deposits and any monies paid for when making a cancellation are non-refundable. 

  • Failing to turn up to your appointment without any notification or where pre-payment has been made is non-refundable. Failure to respond to messages will entail non-rebooking.
