What is your Inner Child?
It is the connection you have with your adult self to child self and your childhood memories. As we work with the inner child, we often recognise our adult behaviours stem from childhood traumas or other environmental factors that we may have been subjected to. 

Inner child healing involves self-care, compassion, and discovering safe spaces for mental and emotional expression.

By recognising signs of inner child distress or traumas and implementing nurturing practices can cultivate emotional resilience, heal past wounds, and reclaim your inner joy and authenticity.
