Sound Meditation
Our Sound Meditation will guide through an array of sounds and vibrations from the Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Chimes, our Venus Drum and more. You will experience a relaxed state of consciousness (alpha/theta state) where the vibrational frequencies of these sounds begin to alter and create shifts within your own vibrational frequency to begin a process of inner healing, balance and alignment.
Everyone will have their own experience with sound and the different instruments that are used. We recommend you come with an open mind and be at one with your mind and body.

Our one to one and pairs sessions includes tea and a card of guidance. They are available for women only and designed on a more personal basis.
