Reiki Level I
Our Usui Reiki Level I course is the basic introduction and understanding of Reiki. You will learn the graceful and compassionate healing treatment to use on yourself, family and friends.
You will explore the story and history behind Reiki and it's spiritual connection and be introduced to the Chakra System and an understanding of the subtle bodies. You will learn to connect to the flow of Reiki and prepare yourself, family or friends for a treatment to build on your practice and confidence. You will also receive your First Degree Usui Reiki Attunement.

This course is available In-person at The School of Mindful Healing, Sidcup, Kent.
Certification
On completion you will receive an IPHM Accredited Reiki Level I Certificate and a First Degree Reiki Attunement Certificate. Your certificate is recognised and can be insured through IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
