Our accredited Usui Reiki Level I course discovers the profound history and spiritual aspects of Usui Reiki. We will delve into the Chakra System and the subtle bodies of the Aura, learning how to connect and channel the flow of Reiki energy to use on yourself and be encouraged to carry out case studies on family and friends to build on your practice and confidence. Additionally, you will receive your First Degree Usui Reiki Attunement, signifying the start of your Reiki journey.

Mikao Usui, the founder of Usui Reiki, was born in Japan in 1856. In 1922 he experienced what he called "A Great Reiki over his Head". This experience was a profound spiritual experience where he understood the great benefit of channelling a Universal Life Force energy, known as Reiki. By naming his method Usui Reiki, it became a system that has been taught and practiced for many years.

This course is available In-person at The School of Mindful Healing, Sidcup, Kent. 

 

We host one to one or a small group of up to 6 people. We host larger groups at a venue of your choice.

Certification

On completion you will receive an IPHM Accredited Reiki Level I and a First Degree Reiki Attunement Certificate. Your certificate is recognised and can be insured through IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
