Our accredited Reiki Refresher Course is designed for those who have previously completed Usui or Chakra Reiki Levels I and II to refresh with the practice of Reiki.

 

This one-to-one course is ideal for anyone who feels out of touch with their practice and is looking to reignite their connection to Reiki. While we will briefly revisit the history of Reiki, the main focus is on practical application, including:

Self-treatment techniques
Treating others
Reiki symbols
Distant healing practices

 

You will also receive an attunement equivilent to your current level to help strengthen and realign your energetic connection.
