Our accredited Reiki Refresher Course is designed for those who have previously completed Usui Reiki Levels I & II and wish to reconnect with the Reiki energy.

 

This one-to-one course is ideal for anyone who feels out of touch with their practice and is looking to reignite their connection to Reiki. While we will briefly revisit the history of Reiki, the main focus is on practical application, including:

Self-treatment techniques
Treating others
Reiki symbols
Distant healing practices

 

You will also receive a Usui Reiki Level II attunement to help strengthen and realign your energetic connection.

The course is delivered on a one-to-one basis, allowing us to tailor the experience to your individual needs. Both theory and hands-on practice are included to support your confidence and reconnection with the Reiki flow.

This course is available In-person at The School of Mindful Healing, Sidcup, Kent.

Copies of your Reiki certificates will be required.

Certification

On completion you will receive an IPHM Accredited  Certificate. Your certificate is recognised and can be insured through IPHM International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
