Journaling Through The Chakras

This workshop is a combination of journaling and meditation as you are guided to connect with each Chakra and then express any thoughts, feelings or emotions that come through. This enables a deep connection with the seven main Chakras and also to your Self being to bring understanding, acceptance and clarity. 

Chakras are energy centers that are non-visible to the physical eye and yet are a vital part of our wellbeing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Each Chakra has its own associated colour and position that reflects the energy from within. Combining this with journaling can help release any blockages we hold onto. Each centre gives us an understanding of where emotions or mental thoughts are held.

No experience of journaling or knowledge of Chakras is necessary as you will be guided and will gain an understanding along the way.

The workshop is available in-person or online.

The workshop is held in a safe space for women at The School of Mindful Healing Sidcup, Kent to attend In-person or available for all Online via MS Teams.

This is designed to work on a more personal level focusing on the Chakras and any blockages that arise then working through them.
