Journaling Through the Chakras is a reflective journey that guides you through meditation and intuitive writing.
In this nurturing space, you are invited to attune to each of the seven Chakras and listen deeply to what arises from within. When we take a moment to reflect our thoughts, feelings and emotions, they can often be hectic and scattered, not being able to pin point where they sit within the body.
Through guided meditation, you will be supported in connecting to each conscious centre of energy, allowing the energy within to be revealed and creating a space for insight, healing and clarity, slowly unwinding the inner noise. This practice opens a channel between your conscious mind and your deeper Self.
No prior knowledge of Chakras is needed. You will be guided with care every step of the way.
The session closes with a shared space for reflection and discussion, allowing you to bring clarity and grounding to your experience.
