Level I introduces the foundation of Chakra Reiki© where you begin to awaken a deeper awareness of your energetic self learning to sense, understand, and align with the subtle energies within you. As this awareness unfolds, you are guided toward a state of balance, creating space for grounding, alignment, and a deeper connection to your true essence, allowing a natural flow of Univeral energy.

This level invites you to explore the Seven Main Chakras in depth, along with the Higher and Lower Chakras, guiding you to understand how energy flows throughout the body and influences your overall wellbeing. As you begin to work with these energy centres, you may notice a deeper connection between your physical sensations, emotional states, and energetic balance, gently awakening your intuitive awareness.

 

Rooted in the Foundation of Chakra Reiki©, this stage offers both knowledge and experience, supporting you in reconnecting with your subtle energy system and your natural ability to heal and align from within.

Throughout this journey, you will explore the history of Chakras, the subtle body, energy, and the benefits of Chakra Reiki©. You will also be introduced to the Chakra Reiki© symbol, alongside practices such as self-treatment, treatment for others, and Chakra Reiki© meditation.

Chakra Reiki© was founded by Amanda Panayiotou the owner and founder of The School of Mindful Healing in 2025, that emerged through a deep personal and professional exploration of energy healing, consciousness, the Chakra system and the Life Force Energy, known as Reiki. Through years of practice, study, and intuitive development, Amanda observed that traditional Reiki treatments became more profound when energy was applied with clear intentional focus on the Chakra system. Chakras and Reiki are a freedom of energy that anyone can experience and learn. The name of this system is based on the concept of what it is.
