Follow Up Session
Our follow-up sessions for the Mindfulness and Spiritual Wellbeing programmes are here to support you as your journey continues to unfold. Whether you have completed a programme or attended a workshop, these sessions offer a calm and nurturing space for you to pause, reflect, and gently integrate what you’ve experienced, while moving forward with greater intention and self-awareness.
Each session invites you to share what is present in your life, with openness and without judgement. In a space held with compassion and understanding, we explore whatever may be coming up for you, allowing insight, clarity, and transformation to emerge naturally.
Guided by presence, intuition, and gentle awareness, these sessions support you in reconnecting with yourself, helping you move forward with a sense of clarity, purpose, and positive intention.
The session includes:

Mindful conversation - a space to share openly and be deeply heard with no judgement

Reflection - recognising patterns, beliefs, and emotions

Spiritual guidance - intuitive insight to encourage self-awareness, values, compassion, spiritual growth and inner truth

Practical integration - tools to support you during and in between sessions including breathwork, journaling, affirmations and meditation

Reconnection - the authentic self, purpose, self-trust, self-belief, and confidence building
Sessions are available in-person at The School of Mindful Healing, Sidcup, Kent or online via WhatsApp or Teams.
