Journaling Workshop

Are you looking to start journaling but not sure where to start?

Journaling is a therapeutic way of expressing thoughts, inspirations, goals, feelings and emotions through writing or other creative methods. 
 
Our journaling workshop ​guides you through the basics of journaling, tools to use and a journaling method that works for you.  
Using your journaling method you will be given prompts to help begin the journaling process focusing on understanding how to recognise a cause of effect and how to move forward.

Our Online service allows for flexibility if you are unable to get to us. We will be on the other end of the screen providing and supporting you with your workshop. Manuals, Handouts and a video link will be sent via email prior to your start date.
