The Beyond The Seven Chakras programme takes you on a journey of four topics to delve deeper into your human existence and beyond, as we explore other chakras than the main seven, work with your inner child, connect to your inner Divine Goddess and build on your spiritual development and what it means to you.

The aim of the programme is to reconnect with your true self, the Goddess within, understanding the effects of your emotions, recognising past patterns maybe from childhood or a trauma and exploring the higher vibrational chakras to help gain an understanding of ascensions we go through in a lifetime that helps and encourages our spiritual development and growth.

You will be inspired to grow and develop your inner passion through both theory and practical elements, working with different practices to encourage self-healing and understanding. This programme is based on a professional holistic nature, and an educational and learning basis, not as a medical professional therapy.

​The programme is run over four sessions, either in person or online via video link. Sessions can be attended weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Each session runs for approximately 90 minutes covering discussion, content & practical elements.

Session 1 Beyond The Seven Chakras - forms of energy, energy transference, mantra, mudra and sound, beyond the seven chakras associations.

Session 2 Inner Child Healing - understanding inner child healing, inner child wounds, acceptance, working with the past, healing your inner child, inner child meditation, self care, be creative.

Session 3 The Divine Feminine Goddess - what is the Divine Feminine Goddess, awakening the feminine Goddess, feminine symbolisms, meditation, elements, maternal roots, connecting to the feminine Goddess.

Session 4 Spiritual Development - spiritual teachings, Divine identity, spiritual dimensions, the light body, karma, life and year path number, manifestation, soul family, soul mate, twin flames, karmic relationships.
