Breathe - Relax - Meditate

Psyche Wellbeing

Our Psyche Wellbeing days are a beautiful way to experience deep relaxation by

using different methods and techniques to restore balance and wellness.

Psyche wellbeing encompasses the overall health and wellbeing of your mind, body and soul. It includes emotional, psychological, and cognitive aspects of wellness that supports us to maintain good mental health, building resilience and practicing self-care.

To support this process, we will cover areas of:

  • Breathwork exercises which involves specific breathing patterns designed to bring out various emotional and physiological responses. It will enhance relaxation, energy, and emotional release.

  • A guided meditation where you will be taken on a journey of self-care and self-being. It supports and provides structure and guidance.

  • Sound meditation to enhance the whole experience. The use of Tibetan bowls, a gong, a shamanic drum and percussion instruments are used to promote specific vibrational frequencies to create relaxation, balance and healing.  

You will experience around 2 hours of the psyche wellbeing process. This will follow by a light vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch. (If you have any specific dietary requirements, we ask that you bring your own lunch as we are not qualified to provide).  

You will need to bring:

Yoga mat

Blanket 

Pillow

Refillable water bottle
