The School of Mindful Healing was founded by Amanda Panayiotou, to create a space for self-discovery and holistic wellness through mindfulness and spiritual courses, programmes, workshops, events and treatments.
Stepping into a world of healing and personal growth, every soul can find solace and renewal as you embrace inner peace, balance, and a deeper connection within, guiding you towards alignment and harmony of mind, body, and spirit.

We offer a safe in-person space for women and hold both individual and small group sessions to give a more personal feel.
