The School of Mindful Healing was founded by Amanda Panayiotou, to create a space for self-discovery and holistic wellness through mindfulness and spiritual courses, programmes, workshops, events and treatments.
Stepping into a world of healing and personal growth, every soul can find solace and renewal as you embrace inner peace, balance, and a deeper connection within, guiding you towards alignment and harmony of mind, body, and spirit.
No one person is the same, so your needs may differ and need a different approach. The School of Mindful Healing supports your needs where they can, working from a heart centered holistic approach.
We offer a safe in-person space for women to experience our services. We are mindful this may not suit all but we are also mindful of those that need specific support which we choose to cater for. Our outside events are open to all where stated.
